Cutover and ground straps

Add the option to cutover a 3 bushing pot from series to parallel leaving 1 x bushing “dead.”

Allow us to add or remove ground straps on the x2 bushing of a 3 bushing series pot. 277/480 pots should be able to produce straight 480 even with a 3 bushing pot if ground straps are removed properly. Not all real work scenarios will have exactly the transformer you want to make it easiest.

    Will look into getting this added, in the meantime for the grounding strap, I believe you can take the bushing you’d like to ground straight to the tank ground or to any ground terminal on the canvas to essentially produce the same result.
